Cookie policy
This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version of this document prevails.
Version 1.0.
Cookies are small files that the site stores in your browser. This site uses only a few, and we list them by name — together with what they do and how long they are kept.
1. What we use today
This site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising networks and no embedded content from other sites that would place cookies. All the cookies below are needed for the site to work or to remember a choice you made.
2. Necessary cookies
Without them the site cannot carry out an action you have asked for yourself — sign-in, language, order. That is why no consent is required for them.
| Name | What it does | Duration | When it is set |
|---|---|---|---|
pll_language |
Remembers which language you are browsing the site in. | 1 year | on every visit |
sonel_cookie_consent |
Remembers what you chose in the cookie bar, so that we do not ask you again. | 6 months | after your choice |
sonel_b2b_partner |
Recognises that you are signed in to the trade area, so that another company's prices are not served to you from the cache. | until you sign out | only after signing in as a trade partner |
wordpress_logged_in_…, wp-settings-… |
Keep your session and your account settings. | from session to 1 year | only after signing in |
woocommerce_…, wp_woocommerce_session_… |
Keep the contents of your order while you are putting it together. | from session to 2 days | only in the trade area, when an item is added |
On the public pages the online shop's scripts are switched off — basket cookies are not set while you simply browse the catalogue.
4. How to change your choice
You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings. If you delete the necessary ones, sign-in to the trade area will stop working until you sign in again.
5. Relation to personal data
How we process personal data in general — including the IP addresses in the server logs — is described in the Privacy Policy.
